
UNIT 1: MOTIVATION TO STUDY

Years 7-12
SUMMARY:
This unit looks at ways students can deal with a lack of motivation when it comes to study and homework. It includes a number of tips and strategies to kick start your motivation and to overcome the common problem of procrastination.
If you are a teacher using this unit in a classroom setting there are number of ways you can deliver this unit.
If you have a more student centred or independent class, you could direct students straight to the unit to go through it independently. This will take about 20 minutes. This could be followed. by a class discussion or some brainstorming or summary notes of the main take aways from the unit. Click below to see this unit.

2. A Worksheet which reinforces content from the unit. This can be done indivdually or in groups.
